Tara Khoo, CPT

Never the athletic type growing up, Tara took the first step to a stronger and healthier lifestyle after recovering from a serious illness in her early 20s.

She now advocates for strength-training as the key to ageing gracefully. Movement should be the prevention of illness, rather than the cure.

She hopes to inspire other women of the importance of being stronger, fitter, and more capable, in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond.

Look good, feel good, and vice versa.
